Grace Yu grew up in Wuhan, China. She stayed in Hong Kong for four years and earned a graduate degree in engineering. She came to the United States in 2002 and received a doctoral degree from Boston University. Since then, she has been teaching courses for senior and graduate students at colleges. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

 

Grace always places her clients’ interests on her top priority, with a firm belief that a real estate agent’s job should go beyond than simply matching and closing a deal. Instead, her goal is to get the best deal for her clients within a given time framework via crystal clear communication and diligent work to find perfect fit.

 

Grace takes the time to really get to know her clients and their needs and she works tirelessly to find their dream home. She strongly believes that a client is a client forever, and she strives to provide continuous support for her clients to improve satisfaction over a long term perspective.  Grace’s optimism, honesty and pragmatism make the process of finding a home truly enjoyable.
